Batman Begins

I think I have seen it before in the infamous bus trip to Val d’Isere for skiing. However, this time at the luxury of my room, I watched it. It’s quite good and lots of interesting stuff and see how Bruce Wayne started becoming Batman. To be honest, I thought Batman was from Marvel Comics but I guess not. Good show and the next baddie is The Joker. I wonder who will play that. :)

Music and Lyrics

Errrrrr. Okay la. I know it is suppose to be a chick flick but this one is quite teruk leh. I mean compared to The Holiday, this is quite bad. I don’t really recommend this. Quite drama but very bland. So okay, 1 1/2 hours pass and next on to my next movie.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Well, another Marvel Action. Well, I’m not really into this one but it’s still entertainment since I have absolutely nothing to do right now. So what can I say about this show. Tacky, funny here and there and action-wise okay okay la.

Well, this is quite an old summer 2007 blockbuster. Oh well, now what movie to watch. :)

Mona Lisa Smile

I always wanted to watch this. Okay okay, it’s a chick flick so sue me. Lol. Well, there was nothing on TV so watch this lor.

Talking about women power and women in the 50′s. Being all smart and all but still ending up being a wife and manages the house. These days women are so independent. Leaving with 2 sisters I know. Oh well. Go girl power. :D

The Bourne Ultimatum

Wow. I haven’t seen an action like this for a long time. I have been an avid Jason Bourne fan since it came out in 2002 with Bourne Identity. Then Bourne Supremacy in 2004. That one was quite a headache especially in the car race. It was all good fun. My aunt watched it and she pitied Bourne because everyone was after him and his girl friend was killed. Quite sad actually.

Well, as for this show. This is a serious action thriller. Nothing short by Jason Bourne who seems invincible. If I was ever like that, whoaaaaaaaa. Hahaha. Cinematography was good if you can stand the extreme shaking of the camera. My friend Seba would love to explain to you why or how it was done. He made quite a good review on the movie and rated it quite high too.

Hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did. I would want to watch this in the cinema those. My downloaded copy was a bit cacat. Hahaha. I would also have gone to the cinema but it won’t be out here till September.

Breach

I’m have been extremely bored and wanted to watch as many shows before I head off to Norway. Anyway, this show okay okay lah. I mean it is all about espionage. Oh well, I get confused from time to time.

Transformers

Oh my god. Never in my life I would say this for an old cartoon which I absolutely adore and idolise when I was small, but crap, the show is good. The animation was great and the storyline was not too bad. The reviews for this so far is very good and I agree with it.

I had to download this show too because it will only be out by the end of July in the UK. THANKS A LOT UK for being one of the most developed countries in the world and you can’t be the first to preview these American shows. Wankers they are. :P

The only thing which I didn’t like was I wanted MORE TRANSFORMERS!!! :D That’s my only complaint. I always wondered why the Decepticons get more canggih machines and the Autobots getting cars most of the time. :)

Transformers. More than it meets the eyes!

Always wanted to say that. I don’t really mind watching it again in the cinema with the loud noise and all. My download copy wasn’t that great.

- Update -

Right. I went to watch the advance preview of this show(Stupid UK will be showing this next week!!!). Actually, this time I get to watch everything clearly and the action. Well, so much for piracy. :)

Anyway, I went out with Brian to watch this movie. We both agreed that it is just a ‘brainless’ movie but it is definitely entertaining. No plot which is just Transformers. It is all about the mecha. The audience too were so excited when the robots transformed etc. Those are hardcore and at the end of the movie, there were claps.

A Michael Bay Marathon

Don’t know why all the movies I’m watching today are all by Michael Bay. Hahaha. I’m quite surprised. Well, I wonder Seba will be proud of me.
  1. Transformers in the afternoon. Very good fun.
  2. The Rock. Classic military show.
  3. Pearl Harbour. I don’t know what to say. Whether it’s the love story or the battles. But I love the soundtrack.

Syiok!!! :D

Miss Potter

Miss Beatrix Potter. Her story books are the best seller children’s book of all time. Though I have to say Harry Potter might be catching up soon. The movie was okay but I expected something more special. I suppose it was based on her life story.

But she is one of the richest woman of all time during that era. She managed to buy about 4000 acres of land in Lake District and she gave it to the National Trust. This legacy helped to ensure that the beauty of the Lake District and the practice of fell farming remain uspoiled to this day. Damn powerful man. :P

Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix

Harry Potter. From the first 200 books sold in a small town to at least 150 millions book sold world wide, it certainly has been phenomenon. Anyway, the movie was quite good. I believe it’s slightly more matured than the others and it kinda followed the book. Wand dueling was good and CGI for this one was good. I have always been a Potter fan and it was well directed.

But the cinema was filled with tonnes of children. Talking, laughing away and throwing popcorn. They were seriously annoying and I wish they rot in hell. :P

Okay. Time for me to read the book again and hopefully, I can get to read Harry Potter and The Deadly Hollows next week.
